FUSION IMPLEMENTS ROLLOUT AT BSBIOS IN RECORD TIME

Fusion has just completed the SAP rollout project for the new companies acquired by BSBIOS in São Paulo and Switzerland in record time. The challenge was significant and involved a dedicated team of seven professionals working over 450 hours to deliver the production go-live within an 11-day timeframe from start to finish.

BSBIOS IT Manager Fabiano Stieven highlighted the integration of teams for the project’s success. “We were able to successfully complete the Rollout Project in record time thanks to the synergy established between the consulting team and BSBIOS. The remote format and limited time for completion did not affect the scope. The BSBIOS team, consisting of 28 employees, made an effort to stay focused on executing the project without compromising operations,” Stieven explained.

BSBIOS has been a Fusion client since 2016 and, in addition to various projects developed during this period, the company also benefits from Fusion’s Application Management Services (AMS) support.

BSBIOS produces renewable and less polluting biodiesel through oilseeds and animal fats. In the agribusiness chain, they also process soybean meals and by-products.
