Fusion Consultancy, one of the pioneering companies in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects in the country, has been seeking differentiation through SAP support and maintenance services (AMS) for its clients. Recently, the company restructured its organization, creating a new area focused on customer experience, where the goal is to
provide consultative, agile, and effective services to streamline and accelerate business processes.
“At Fusion, our mission is to delight and satisfy each customer in a personalized way during every interaction, establishing with them the best type of service for their specific needs,” explains Luciane Cusin, managing partner in charge of the Customer Experience area at Fusion.
Fusion has been standing out in the support and maintenance market with offerings that range from the possibility of service trials to the full utilization of contracted hours, which can be used for small improvement projects and professional allocation. The close relationship with customers extends from jointly designing a franchise model to complete transparency in service consumption to ensure comprehensive utilization of the service.
“We have moved from a reactive posture, shaped and defined by a contract, to a proactive approach where we seek to understand our clients’ reality and offer solutions that suit their needs,” adds Luciane.
Among the portfolio of clients benefiting from support and maintenance services, there are companies of different sizes and industries. One of these long-standing partners is the Chilean group CMPC Brasil, a pioneer in pulp and paper manufacturing in Chile and the second largest in the sector in Latin America, with 44 industrial plants in 8 countries: Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Uruguay.
“With Fusion as our SAP AMS partner, we were able to assemble a responsive team with a high level of commitment to CMPC Brasil’s demands, acting in a proactive and resilient manner, with the attention and quality required by our operation. Along this journey, we seek technical quality and service aligned with the company, developing solutions and options that meet the business areas’ required quality and timelines,” adds Jarlei Nascimento Gonçalves, IT Manager at CMPC Brasil.
In addition to CMPC, Fusion works with companies such as Sicredi, Pestana Leilões, Grupo Hoff, Cerrado Pneus, PMI WorldWide, Grêmio FBPA, BSBIOS, PetroRio, Brasil Tecpar, Tri Telecom, Grupo Inbetta, Brinox, among others.
